US Reit Inc is a Veteran Owned Business seeking Equity Capital for $1 Million in funding under the JOBS Act signed by President Obama in 2012 which allows us to raise up to $1,000,000 annually without registering the securities with the SEC. Later, we will issue our $.50 par value Preferred Stock in return for the initial investment so each Investor will receive an equity interest in return for their contribution. The funds will be used to buy drug stores. The initial stock will be listed on the OTCQB/OTCQX Stock Exchange and later on the NASDAQ. The IPO is the exit. We want a large return on the IPO and 6-8% annual return. US REIT is a Real Estate Investment Trust which invests in Commercial Real Estate like Walgreens, Rite Aid, CVS, and Duane Reade drug stores.
