With the ACA roll out and reductions in employer health benefit plans, individual consumers are paying an increasing portion of the cost of fraud, waste, abuse, and errors in medical billing out-of-pocket, in some cases thousands of dollars per year. TrueClaim is a consumer engagement system that communicates with health insurance plan members during the billing cycle to substantiate claims that have been made on their behalf through simple, specific question-and-answer dialogue.
