Key Norsk is a Mixnet (like Tor, or more accurately, Freenet) as-a-Service. Anyone is able to use Key Norsk to publish, back-up, retrieve, or share data with end-to-end privacy. As you might realize, there is not nearly enough room here to explain the ins-and-outs of why this idea works, let alone why it will beat SpiderOak, and rival Dropbox, but we can try. Key Norsk will be preferred by those who already pay for privacy services, such as VPNs, 'zero knowledge' storage providers, Usenet services, seedboxes, or proxies. Essentially users are renting a remote virtual server, which they encrypt the hard disk and memory of. Customers' nodes then acts autonomously to route and store data in a privacy-aware manner. Files are encrypted client-side symmetrically, then uploaded to the users' server.
