The idea is that everyone would have an "impact" and they would be scored on how well they pay it forward in society. But it would also serve as, along with a few nonprofits--VISION, QUORUM, CENTRE, GLOBAL--a checks and balance system for society, a grassroots movement to change civilization at its core instead of superficial programs or reforms that do anything but. Also it would act as a guide to individuals (children to seniors), a sort of stat sheet of talents, goals, life targets all while updating you on your progress while sharing them with your friends, family and whoever wanted to know your "impact". All of the nonprofits mentioned would have their own charter also. VISION's focus is STEM fields and making them more appealing to future generations; CENTRE, humanities and socio-economic progress; QUORUM, the arts and medicine; GLOBAL, the environment and disaster relief.
