I’m Sorry to Hear LLC is a web-based company and “disruptive” technology focusing on the funeral industry and improving the consumer experience in funeral and end-of-life planning. As a leader in the "death tech" movement, our online community and review site is breaking down barriers, connecting funeral consumers with funeral vendors as well as funeral planning tools and educational resources. Phase 1 is modeled after other well-known event planning websites like WeddingWire & TripAdvisor with the ultimate goal of facilitating the whole scheduling and purchasing process like Expedia does for travel. After successfully launching an MVP, building site traffic, and gathering user and vendor feedback, we are ready to move onto the next phase in building out a robust marketplace of funeral vendors alongside action-oriented planning tools, funeral pricing, and online memorials functionality.
