Currently I am seeking an investor for a catering facility that is approximately 30,000 square feet and contains two separate catering areas. Once construction is complete the catering halls will be operated by P&P Catering. An event held in one hall yields anywhere from 3 to 4 thousand dollars. This translates into $234,000.00 to $312,000.00 per year assuming that 1.5 events are held per weekend. However, in a single weekend a hall can have up to three events. In this proposal there are two halls in one facility. This will double the yearly income to $468,000.00 to $624,000.00. The cost of this facility is $3,000,000.00. An investment of $600,000.00 is needed to secure the property and construction financing. In exchange for this investment an investor will receive 35% ownership of the facility.
